With several years of hands-on experience at Apple Inc., I've worn many hats—from a Technical Specialist providing tailored customer solutions to a Genius Admin responsible for quality control. Notably, I played a key role in Apple's global support strategy during the pandemic and led the re-launch of in-store support. I've also had the opportunity to promote Samsung's vision through retail relations and education. Whether I'm in Cupertino or Houston, my career journey has always been driven by an unyielding eagerness to learn, contribute, and elevate the customer experience. My adaptability and cross-functional collaboration skills make me an asset in any dynamic work environment.
